If you want a polished look to your socials, brand consistency is a must.
Here are some simple tips to help you establish a coherent design of your social media pages.
1: Choose your colour scheme or theme and try to stick with it on your posts and stories.
2: Choose your font(s) and try to stick with these when adding text on top of a picture or video.
3: Design some templates that you can edit for use on all of your posts. Canva is a great app for this.
4: How do you want your page or grid to look? For example, chequerboard style or puzzle grids are currently popular on Instagram but you’ll need to plan and order your posts.
5: Watermark or logo all of your posts. There are lots of apps that you can use for this. (I use Watermark Pro)
